When you complete the PREP Registration Form, we collect the information you provide voluntarily. This may include your name, contact details, city of residence, experience level, career goals and any other details you choose to share.

- Assess your eligibility and fit for the program.
- Communicate with you about your application, schedule and next steps.
- Coordinate program logistics with hosting partners and educators.
- Improve the program and report on aggregate outcomes (without identifying you).
3. Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We may share limited applicant details with program partners — Ontario Professional Hairstylist Association, Wella Professionals, My Women Support and Academy 2121 — solely to deliver the program, coordinate sessions and evaluate scholarship eligibility. Third-party service providers (such as Microsoft Forms) process submissions on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
4. Storage and security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. Because the registration form is hosted by Microsoft, your submission is also subject to Microsoft's Privacy Statement.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the email below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
