Accessibility Statement
We are committed to making the Wella Shear Excellence – PREP Trade of Hairstylist website and application process accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards. These guidelines help make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of abilities, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control or other assistive technologies.
What we do to support accessibility
- Use semantic HTML and landmarks so pages work well with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
- Maintain colour-contrast ratios that meet WCAG AA requirements for text and interactive elements.
- Provide visible focus indicators so you can always see where keyboard focus is on the page.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences. Animations, including parallax and scroll-reveal effects, are disabled when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Use descriptive link text and alternative text for meaningful images, while marking decorative images as presentational.
- Structure content with clear headings, lists and readable line lengths.
Program participation accommodations
If you require an accommodation to participate in the program, complete the application or access any part of the website, please contact us. We will work with you to find a suitable arrangement.
Third-party content
The PREP Registration Form is hosted on Microsoft Forms. While we choose accessible platforms, the form's accessibility is also governed by Microsoft's accessibility standards. If you experience difficulty with the form, please email us and we will help you submit your application another way.
Feedback
We welcome feedback on accessibility. If you encounter a barrier, notice missing content or have suggestions, please let us know. We will respond promptly and use your feedback to improve the experience.
